However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

Regis Gift Card Terms and Conditions

In store Gift Vouchers

Use of this Regis Gift Card is subject to the current Terms & Conditions of UK Hairdressers 2019 (company no.12345843) see https://regissalons.co.uk/policies/terms-of-service. Purchase or use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions which is only redeemable in Regis salons excluding franchise salons (Cobham, Ilford, Banbury, Asda Eastlands, Stevenage, Orpington, Walton on Thames, Ealing, Corby). This Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or vouchers and will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. The value redeemed will be deducted from the total balance on the electronic gift card and any remaining balance can be used on future services/products in the salon within the 12-month term. On the expiry date any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be reduced to nil and forfeited. UK Hairdressers 2019 Ltd is not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, damaged or stolen.

Refunds

All refunds on salon services and homecare products purchased with your card will be made in accordance with Regis' refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lost, stolen or damaged cards

If you lose your Regis gift card or electronic gift card, Regis has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of receipt and gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions and Loss and liability

Regis shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to deliver the email within a reasonable time of the order being placed. 'Loss' in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.

Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Force Majeure; Regis cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

Breach of these conditions will entitle Regis to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and any such change will be effective upon inclusion in the text of the terms and conditions published on this site. You should check the terms and conditions posted on this site periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

Promotional Terms

Kérastase Instagram Competition - January 2026

ENTRY

1.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees of UK Hairdressers, any brands involved, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid.

1.3 The closing date and time for entries is 30th January 2026 at 10:00am GMT. Any entries received after this time will be invalid.

1.4 Entry to the competition must be made through the applicable method and in accordance with the deadlines as indicated.

1.5 No bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries will be accepted. Entries which, in UK Hairdresser's reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods will be disqualified.

1.6 UK Hairdressers accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason beyond its control.

ENTRY METHODS

2.1 Entries to the competition valid only by following Regis UK Instagram page, liking and commenting on the competition post and when post is shared to entrants Instagram Story.

VALID ENTRIES

3.1 Entries are deemed valid if they are complete, correct, comprehensible and received by UK Hairdressers by the associated deadline.

3.2 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by entrants, or the operation of any part of the competition, the decision of UK Hairdressers shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZES

4.1 The winner will receive the Kérastase Gloss Absolu Set, including: Gloss Absolu Shampoo, Gloss Absolu Conditioner and Gloss Absolu Hair Treatment Spray.

4.2 No cash alternative available.

4.3 Only one prize available across Instagram

4.4 Regis will contact the winner within 1 day of the competition closing about their prize.

4.5 Subject to service and stylist availability.

STANDARD TERMS

6.1 In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to, comply with these Terms and Conditions, UK Hairdressers shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify the entrant, without any further liability to such entrant. Entrants must comply with any directions given to them by UK Hairdressers including in relation to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.

6.2 These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

6.3 UK Hairdressers reserves the right to withdraw or amend any competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

DATA & PRIVACY POLICY

If you are a competition winner, we will ask for your details, such as your address, so the sponsor / UK Hairdressers can send your prize to you, on behalf of UK Hairdressers. This personal data is accessed by both UK Hairdressers, and the competition sponsor. No other parties will have access to your information unless we are under a duty to disclose or share personal data for legal or regulatory purposes. UK Hairdressers, and the competition sponsor will not store your data or use it for any purpose other than advised in these Terms and Conditions. If, at any point, you wish to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data, please contact us.

Christmas Card Terms

Terms apply. The appointment card must be handed back at time of appointment to claim the discount. Offer is valid 26.12.2025-28.02.2026, you must attend within these dates. Not to be used with other promotions or discounts, greatest discount applies. Valid on services only.

SMS Conditions

SMS discount codes have one use only. Offer only valid on services. Promotional code must be shown at the salon. Offer can only be claimed once within 14 days of receipt of sms. Can not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
