WELLA COLOR EXPERT is tailored especially to hairdressers looking to become the colour authority and on-hand expert that our guests are searching for.
From hands-on training at the Wella Studio to inspirational online content co-created with global artists and Wella’s experts in research and development, WELLA COLOR EXPERT’s hybrid learning journey allows colourists to achieve one of Wella’s highest accreditation in hair colour. WELLA COLOR EXPERT allows hairdressers to excel as expert colourists.
The four stages that lead to graduation are comprised of Modules that feature practical hands-on assignments and knowledge checks. These include: The Ultimate Salon Experience & Client Psychology, The Biology of Hair & Scalp, The Chemistry of Colouring Hair, and Creative Inspiration & Advanced Colour Correction. Offering a comprehensive and exceptional level of specialist training.
During the program, stylists are mentored by Wella experts on all aspects of colouring hair. Each stage is designed to stretch one’s craft skills and confidence as well as allow hairdressers to showcase their creative talent. This 6-month, interactive program features exams and assessments, leaving a globally recognized accreditation.
